Safety Services Specialist -
AMERIND Risk Management Corp, a tribal owned consortium risk pool, is seeking a Safety Services Specialist to become part of our Safety Service Team. Candidate must be able to identify, monitor, investigate, and educate as related to Safety and Loss Prevention Plans, Techniques and Claims to reduce liability, property and employee injury exposures. Need a creative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advance computer skills required. Min. 3 yrs. experience in safety, loss prevention and/or control plus related degree preferred. Frequent extensive travel. Native American preference applies. A tribal consortium risk pool, is seeking a team-oriented individual with experience in multi-line underwriting, and risk assessment w/emphasis on P & C. Knowledge of alternative risk financing methods and reinsurance placement is preferred. Ability to develop efficient internal operating procedures for work flow & distribution. Strong math & analytical skills necessary. Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience needed. Native American preference applies. Salary based on experience; including excellent benefits package. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing clerical support, assisting with processing new business, renewals, cancellations, endorsements and reports. Qualifications require working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong data input processing skills, professional telephone skills, and ability to compose grammatically accurate written communications.
